Shipping policy

Our processing times are separate from our shipping times.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) This will be the time allotted for creation and packing of the products. You will receive a confirmation email once order is received and another when your order has shipped. 

If there is a delay to high order volume or mail carrier shipping delays we will notify you via email.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We occasionally offer free shipping with a qualifying purchase lookout for an announcement on the page and enter the coupon code.

Shipping time range based on what USPS calculates for your shipment (all estimated time are based off USPS webpage)

We offer -

Priority Mail - Typically 1-3 Business Days

Priority Mail Express - Next Day or up to two days

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sunflowersagestudio@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

PLEASE CONTACT US IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH YOUR ORDER.

We do not provide refunds or returns, only exchanges. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way or something is unsatisfactory, please email us as soon as possible at sunflowersagestudio@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
